Not that much difference??
To the casual observer there doesn't seem to be any difference over the
last 3 months - but . . .
Even though I haven't lost a single pound, this is the first time in A
LONG TIME that I can tuck in my shirt and wear this belt.
I've lost four inches from my waist between the two pictures - so
I figure I'm still on track but what else
can I do ?
I stopped eating all flour. Let's see what that does.

Lose the booze.
So
what did not drinking do for me?
It
gave me so much more time I can't even tell you. I was able to work
much longer in the evenings. I enjoyed the work I was doing and it
wasn't a struggle to concentrate or stay awake.
My
relationship with my husband improved dramatically, at least from my
perspective, because I was no longer angry all the time.
I sleep through the night.
I
saved a bunch of money.
I
started losing weight.
Here's
my plan for
me.
First thing in the morning I meditate for half
an hour.
Second thing is some form of exercise and a stretch in the hot tub.
I drink 64 ounces of water that I lace with lemon or
lime juice and some cayenne pepper.
I have protein and vegetables six times a day.
I am never hungry.
I have TREMENDOUS energy.
Even though I have studied the heck out of this stuff - what I was
doing wasn't working. James Ray says,
"You
can know OF it and
not KNOW It."
Christopher Guerrero's philosophy seemd
closest to my own. Following his plan I made several changes like not
having carbs late in the day and
drinking my lemon water and cayenne all day.
Cut WAY back on sugar and flour.
I've always been big on vegetable juicing, but I really kicked it up a
notch, especially on the weekends. Chicken or fish with vegetables and
fresh vegetable juice
is my perfect meal.

Good tips from Chris
G.:
1.
Eat protein at every meal, including breakfast.
2.
Eliminate wheat- and flour-based products for 6 weeks. Especially bread
and pasta.
3.
Eat unprocessed foods. Ninety percent of what you eat should be a
combination of (in this order of importance) raw vegetables, steamed
vegetables, lean protein, and a few fruits especially berries.
4.
Reduce starch to one portion a day, and don't eat that portion during
your evening meal. Best choices are beans, sweet potatoes, and oatmeal.
5.
Don't overdo fruit: one a day maximum, and only the low-sugar,
high-fiber variety. Apples, pears, plums and berries all are good
choices. For now, fruit should be eaten alone or with something light,
like low fat nuts. Lose the fruit juice completely.
6.
Reduce or eliminate dairy for the time being, especially cow's milk.
Exceptions: reasonable amounts of low sugar, fat free yogurt.
7.
Lose the booze.
8.
Stop using vegetable oils such as sunflower, safflower and corn. The
supermarket kind is highly refined, and it oxidizes easily when heated,
contributing to arterial plaque. Use olive oil instead, and apply it to
food after the food is cooked when possible.
9.
Add Flax, Salmon, coconut oil.
10.
Obsessively drink water: At least 8 ounces for every 20 pounds of
bodyweight you're now carrying around, each day.
Every day.
No excuses.
